Pets (Dogs Only) are welcome at the cabins only and are subject to the following policies that apply if a pet is in the cabin at anytime during a reservation.

1. An additional fee of $12 per day will be charged up to a maximum  of  $50 per week.

2. Dogs only, no cats or any other animals.

3. 25 pound maximum size limit.

4. No more than 2 dogs allowed.

5. The dog or dogs must be crated in the cabin anytime the guest is not present.

6. A refundable deposit of $200 will be charged. Housekeeping will inspect the cabin within 48 hours of check out. If there is no damage, the pet deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of inspection. Guests assume all responsibility for any damages caused by pets brought to the cabin.

7. If the inspection reveals damage to the cabin, the deposit will be used to perform any repairs to include shampooing the carpet if necessary. If repair expenses exceed the deposit, the guest will be responsible for all repair costs. 

8. Dog hair can be very difficult to remove from furniture, carpets, bedspreads, etc. I recommend that you either keep your dog off the furniture and beds or bring sheets to cover them. This is especially important if your dog sheds. Any extra cleaning time for excessive pet hair will be charged by housekeeping and deducted from the deposit.

9. 90% of the time we have no problems and a full refund is made. If   you would like, I will be happy to send you a printout of last year's refunds.

10. Pets are not allowed at The Pearl at Navarre Beach, Fl.
